The Challenge: A Unique Customer Journey

Maiden Home offers free fabric swatches before the purchase of the furniture. The conversion rate from swatch to furniture was consistently and, so we found the most value in driving swatch orders through paid social. Then, we optimized all our campaigns in that direction.

    Since our main metrics was swatch kit generation, we found out that it was more efficient to redirect people with lower intent (new prospect) to the homepage and people with higher intent (retargeting traffic) to the swatch kit page.
