Office Manager (Part-Time)
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our NYC team in a part-time role. This position is intended for a current college student who will work alongside our Head of Operations and HR Manager to support Superbolt’s administrative functions and maintain a well-functioning office environment. The role will provide flexibility for those balancing school course loads as the schedule will be planned for in advance.

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Compensation: $1,600 per month
Working Model: In-office three days per week, times flexible but must include availability on Thursdays from 2pmET to 6:30pmET to be in the office
Start Date: January 4, 2024 (exact date flexible)
End Date: May 2024 (exact date flexible)

What You'll Do
Supporting administrative functions, including ordering and logging supplies, and sorting mail
Maintenance of a weekly checklist including shipping estimates and costs
Managing office organization, including restocking equipment and supplies, running and unpacking the dishwasher
Logging visitors and service repair requests with the building
Assisting with People Operations functions, such as set up of accesses, equipment, and drafting communications
Orchestrate team happy hours on Thursdays including setup and order fulfillment
Helping with longer-term projects (such as planning company events or setting up team-building activities), as needed
Who You Are
Previous experience working in an administrative role and/or an office environment preferred
At least 21 years of age (given handling of alcohol)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Able to organize and multitask with the support of the Head of Operations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
