Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our NYC team. This position will report to the Head of Operations.

Hours: Full-time
Compensation: $75,000
Working Model: Hybrid (in-office work a minimum of twice per week in our office in the Financial District. In-office work is required on Mondays depending on team needs and the new hire onboarding schedule which will be planned for in advance.)

What You'll Do
Advise the company on HR topics, including serving as a liaison for employees and the leadership team
Create and implement HR resources and processes that align with the values of the company
Serve as the primary resource for the team on benefits, policies, and programs
Manage the company’s HR systems including payroll and perks
Ensuring new employee onboarding success, including set up of equipment and accesses and welcoming new employees
Oversee employee engagement and build relationships with team members
Facilitate employee offboarding
Ensure the company is compliant with laws and best practices

Who You Are
You have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, either in an agency or startup environment
You have knowledge of relevant employment laws
You are able to utilize good judgment and discretion in the handling of confidential information
Experience working with a HRIS platform
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States
