Growth Marketing Director

We are seeking a Director to join our NYC team in a full-time role. This position is intended for those with at least 5 years of proven experience in growth marketing, as detailed below.

You will lead a marketing team that will strategize and execute on a range of growth marketing campaigns that disruptive brands leverage to grow exponentially and will also gain exposure to the startup scene in New York. The role will foster you to grow a data-driven approach to implementing, optimizing, and analyzing campaigns across digital marketing channels.

    • Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 base salary per year with comprehensive benefits (health insurance, 401k, travel allowance)

  • What You'll Do

    • Own an internal P&L and manage company business objectives across the growth of your team and the expansion of your client roster. Identify areas of cost optimization and opportunity to align with overarching goals.

    • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to drive incremental results across digital channels (Meta, Adwords, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) and offline channels (OOH, mailer, etc) to reach top-line revenue growth for your clients. Tie in full funnel growth opportunities (acquisition, retention) with the execution of attribution, segmentation, and experimentation initiatives.

    • Be a leading voice both client facing and internally to tie insights together, and ensure that all efforts align with the overarching marketing strategy & business goals. Lead forecasting initiatives, budgets, and campaign strategies to align with the business objectives.

    • Lead digital marketing analysis, KPI’s, and reporting to track consumer behavior and drive insights to support revenue growth. Engage in LTV & cohort analysis to guide strategies and uncover trends, patterns and insights from business data, external sources, and competitor data.

    • Manage client communication, including leading presentations consisting of performance insights, areas of opportunity, and detailed action plans.

    • Build a team through leading hiring initiatives and owning your team’s growth & professional development. Lead touchbases, put together thoughtful feedback, and prepare growth plans that include promotion timelines as well as hiring plans that align with individuals as well as the objectives of the company.

    • Interact with all departments to contribute to longer term strategies at Superbolt.

    • Lead conversations about prospecting decisions and client profitability, as well as prospecting such as audits, growth strategy recommendations, and relationship building opportunities

  • Who You Are

    • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field or related field;

    • At least 5 years of proven growth marketing experience (including but not limited to hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels on behalf of clients such as on Meta Ads Platform, Google Ads Platform, and TikTok Ads Platform, as well as work experience with Google Analytics and Shopify);

    • Solid track record of inspiring action based on data-driven insights;

    • Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;

    • Proven ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences;

    • Confidently able to maneuver between working cooperatively in a team-oriented and cross-functional environment, as well as independently;

    • Experience managing, mentoring, and training team members;

    • Experience at a fast growing-startup is a plus;

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States. We are currently not sponsoring work visas to candidates.
