Data/Strategy Analyst - Digital Marketing (NYC)

We are seeking a data/strategy analyst to join our strategy team and help grow the disruptive consumer brands we partner with by turning data into insights and strategic recommendations. The analyst will report directly to our Head of Strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a desire to apply these skills to solve concrete business challenges faced by D2C consumer brands.

  • Location: New York, NY (the role will onboard remotely to start, with a transition to in-person later in 2021)
  • Hours: Full-Time

  • Responsibilities

    • Use Excel and our Business Intelligence tools to run structured analyses that turn data into punchy insights (fluency in Excel and SQL is required)
    • Draft best-in-class slide decks with actionable recommendations to help senior management make strategic decisions
    • Work on multiple projects, with the ability to switch from one to the other seamlessly
  • Requirements

    • One year of relevant experience (internships included) in any field that requires analyzing data and presenting findings in a clear and insightful manner
    • Graduate from a business or engineering program, or a major that requires strong analytical skills
    • Demonstrate willingness to take both his/her business and data understanding to the next level
    • Interest in digital marketing and in working with consumer brands
    • Open-minded and excited about working at a fast-growing agency
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • Fluency in Excel and SQL is required
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
